QVC Group, Inc. in Piney Flats, TN is seeking a Wave Planning Assistant to coordinate outbound order waves supporting daily production goals across picking, staging, automation, and packing. This onsite role reports to the Outbound Area Manager and begins Sunday–Tuesday night shifts.

You will monitor wave progress, adjust parameters for labor and inventory, troubleshoot issues, and communicate priorities to cross‑functional teams to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (can perform complex functions).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and basic computer applications.

The Wave Planning Assistant supports HSN and contributes by coordinating outbound order waves to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly. You will report to the Outbound Area Manager

Where You'll Work

This is an onsite position based at our Piney Flats, TN facility. You'll be part of the daily operations that keep our fulfillment network moving. We do not offer relocation assistance for this role.

Schedule

Sunday - Tuesday 12:30am - 1:00pm

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment. Working knowledge of WMS systems and basic computer applications (spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) (can maintain complex spreadsheets), reporting tools). Problem‑solving skills, in a fast‑paced environment.
