Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Canal Winchester, OH, seeks a Lead, Outbound for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu 8:00 PM-6:30 AM) to oversee loading, unloading, and inventory control in the warehouse. You will act as the lead liaison between the Warehouse Manager and the teams, directing tasks and ensuring safe, accurate operations.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in warehousing, forklift/MHE experience, and a strong eye for detail, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years warehousing experience preferred.
• Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and operate forklift and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound containers and sort freight by size and destination.
• Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests and label/dimension freight.
• Coordinate trucking transportation and communicate workload with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Provide training to other warehouse personnel and lead assigned area.
