Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Canal Winchester, OH is seeking a Lead, Outbound for the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will supervise loading/unloading, inventory control and warehouse compliance, acting as the lead liaison between the Warehouse Manager and assigned areas.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, familiarity with OSHA regulations, and the ability to operate forklifts and other MHE. Strong interpersonal, organizational and basic accounting skills are essential, with training

Qualifications

• Lead level position requiring 4–6 years of warehouse experience.
• Must be familiar with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience operating forklifts and other MHE.
• Strong organizational and inventory skills; basic accounting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and other MHE.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound containers and sort by freight and destination.
• Read freight coding to expedite movement and tracing.
• Coordinate staffing and daily tasks with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Provide training to other warehouse personnel.
