Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc. in Ohio seeks an Outbound Operations Supervisor to lead the dispatch, packing, and shipping in our fast-paced e-commerce warehouse.

You will guide a team of associates to safely and accurately pick, pack, and ship orders worldwide while maintaining high quality and on-time performance. The role requires coaching staff, directing daily fulfillment schedules, and coordinating with carriers to optimize routing and cut-off times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in related field.
• Experience coaching and counseling staff.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping processes, parcel and LTL freight routing, and WMS.
• Strong expertise in carrier management, shipping rate structures, and logistics efficiency optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred – Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives in the warehouse to promote a culture of safety and compliance to process and procedure.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Monitor and optimize outbound shipping efficiency, order fulfillment metrics, and carrier cut-off deadlines.
• Coordinate with carrier representatives, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and resolve transit delays.
• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Ability to maintain warehouse staff by orienting, and training employees.
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Oversees packing room workflows, order staging, dock operations, and outbound carrier loading.
• Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assists with budget preparation for the operations unit.
• Assists with, or prepares and updates, organizations operations manual and policies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
