Job summary

Integra Beauty, with offices in Ohio, seeks an Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee dispatch, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced e-commerce warehouse. You will lead a team of associates, train, evaluate, and reward staff while managing daily fulfillment schedules to achieve on-time order dispatch.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and extensive knowledge of outbound shipping, carrier management, and WMS. Bachelor’s in business preferred; 5–7 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field (Preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse or outbound operations (Preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff performance improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of outbound shipping, parcel and LTL routing.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound fulfillment, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor shipping efficiency and carrier cut-off deadlines.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners.
• Ensure safety compliance and process adherence.
• Assist with budgeting and operations manuals.
• Drive staff development and discipline per policy.
• Ship to customers worldwide and maintain accuracy.
