Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize daily dock assignments.
• Conduct regular hourly checks of the dock area.
• Read and interpret SOPs, WIs, and stage plans.
• Sort and move products; operate material handling equipment.
• Re-box, label, and weigh materials; transfer to staging areas.
• Enter data accurately on daily production sheets and transactions.
• Mark and tag containers with identifying information.
• Assemble and pack product containers; re-pack damaged items as needed.
• Install protective devices to prevent shifting during transport.
• Collaborate with teammates; cross-train to boost productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Adhere to 5S principles to maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by management.
