Job summary

WAI Distribution Center in Mississippi seeks an Order Picker to join our outbound operations team. You will pick, verify, pack, manage the queue, and ship orders to meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, reach truck.
• Ability to read and interpret pick lists, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and ship orders to exact specifications.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Manage the queue and staging areas; ensure accurate pallet manifest documentation.
• Inspect and label items, perform quality checks, and assist with load accuracy.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in safety trainings.
