Job summary

CS Powertech, a division of Canadian Solar, seeks a Warehouse Outbound Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, outbound shipments, and inventory control. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and aligns with the Warehouse Manager to ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 3+ years in warehouse operations, experience with SAP or WMS (Manhattan SCALE, Oracle), and a degree or logistics training. Forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Strong background with SAP or WMS systems (Manhattan SCALE, Oracle) and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or training in logistics, supply chain management, or related field; open to experienced non-degree candidates.
• Proven expertise in warehouse support functions within manufacturing sectors.
• Working knowledge of WMS and related software and familiarity with warehouse regulations.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of goods.
• Support inventory control systems and participate in regular audits to verify accuracy and mitigate losses.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor and Accounting for accurate inventory tracking and budgeting guidance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Assist with space utilization, workflow optimization, and cost control in warehouse operations.
• Utilize WMS and other tech tools to streamline operations and track expenditures.
