Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our North American facilities. The role involves shipping/receiving, SAP transactions, inventory control, and coordination with logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate documentation. Candidates should have forklift certification and be able to operate heavy equipment, with relocation within reasonable

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Familiarity and experience with SAP or equivalent MRP inventory system.
Up to two years previous experience required.
Up to one-year minimum additional knowledge required.
Forklift certification and experience operating larger equipment, up to 15,000 lbs.
Able to be located within 45 minutes of the facility to handle and address after-hours critical material requests.

Responsibilities

Assure and maintain data integrity in all work.
Collaborate with other SC functions, Operations and Maintenance groups to effectively manage and optimize order fulfillment rate.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and controls, including safety, health, confidentiality, and environmental policies.
Conduct Cycle Counting and/or Physical Inventory Process per schedule and report discrepancies to Warehouse Foreman.
Count, weigh, or measure incoming or outgoing items to compare information against documents.
Determine method of shipment utilizing the company's third-party logistics providers.
