Job summary

Canadian Solar Inc. in Mesquite, Texas is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Specialist to maintain logistics SOPs and ensure efficient outbound of finished goods across sales and manufacturing.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external carriers, manage SAP transactions, and support CTPAT compliance as the factory ramps up output. The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/inventory and a BA/BS degree, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Act as on dock control tower for direct shipment program.
• Identify opportunities to improve process flow between Canadian Solar (USA) Inc. and Canadian Solar U.S. Module Manufacturing.
• Implement shipping programs from the factory site to either the local warehouse or direct to customers.
• Maintain analytics to illustrate movement between sales and manufacturing.
• Support SAP transactions for sales and transfer of goods.
• Coordinate direct shipping from the factory to customers.
