Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to oversee outbound warehouse activities, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping, in a high-volume distribution setting.

You will lead and develop outbound supervisors and staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and compliance while meeting company standards. Experience with WMS, RF scanners, and routing/shipping systems is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse ops, with 2+ years leading outbound/shipping teams.
• Experience supervising with hiring, discipline and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Direct outbound functions: picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment per customer/carrier requirements.
• Lead and develop outbound supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Conduct daily huddles, set expectations, drive accountability.
• Monitor KPIs like pick rate, order accuracy, and labor utilization.
