Job summary

DAISO USA is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily receiving and shipping operations in our distribution center. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, monitor inventory transactions, and enforce safety standards to meet productivity goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing with 2+ years in supervisory capacity, plus knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, WMS, RF scanning, and forklift operations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes.
• Ensure timely unloading, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Oversee putaway and stock rotation with inventory and replenishment teams.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support workflow.
• Train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff across multiple shifts.
• Monitor team performance, enforce standards, and support corrective actions when necessary.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and DAISO policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
