Job summary

Daiso USA is seeking an Inbound/Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily receiving and shipping at its Desoto distribution center. You will lead warehouse staff, monitor inventory transactions, and enforce safety and productivity standards to meet service goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound processes, ensuring timely operations, and coaching teams across shifts. Proficiency with WMS, RF scanning, and forklift operation is preferred to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience, 2+ in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS, RF scanning, and shipping systems.
• Forklift or warehouse equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes.
• Ensure timely unloading, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Oversee putaway and stock rotation with inventory and replenishment teams.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff across multiple shifts.
• Monitor team performance, enforce standards, and support corrective actions.
• Use WMS to track inventory movement and maintain documentation.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and ensure accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
