Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate warehouse teams, manage onboarding, training and scheduling while ensuring accurate material handling and delivery documentation. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and service metrics within the Distribution Center.

The candidate will maintain inventory records, plan future needs, and support loading of vehicles for delivery, keeping a compliant and efficient operation day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Forklift trained and certified within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse associates, handling onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develops and posts work schedules to ensure adequate labor for each shift.
• Reads orders and records materials moved or distributed to maintain accuracy.
• Moves materials from receiving areas to storage and designated areas, using appropriate handling methods.
• Maintains inventory records and processes stock orders, par levels and deliveries on dock.
• Ensures a clean, safe work environment and reports unsafe conditions.
