Job summary

REVOLVE, a premier online fashion retailer, is seeking an Outbound Lead in Cerritos, CA. The role focuses on optimizing shipping options and prioritizing packing, picking, and loading tasks to drive efficiency in our warehouse operations.

You will train staff, prioritize daily activities, and report attendance and productivity while driving process improvements in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Bilingual communication is a plus as we support a diverse team in California.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual preferred).
• Strong training skills and ability to coach staff.
• Proficient with email and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing pickers and packers.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to schedules.
• Report attendance and request resources based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshoot exceptions to keep processing on track.
• Develop expertise in packing department operations.
• Test and implement new process improvements.
• Benchmark and evaluate employee performance.
• Order supplies for the team as needed.
• Provide daily packing and picking productivity reports.
