Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Regular Full-Time Warehouse Lead in Shoemakersville, PA. The role focuses on classifying shipping options and coordinating packing, picking and shipping activities to optimize productivity.

Responsibilities include training new and existing agents, prioritizing tasks, reporting attendance, resolving exceptions, and driving process improvements. Strong communication and leadership are essential; bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience leading a large team.
• Computer literacy with Excel, Word and email; experience with a WMS system.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Main purpose of the Position Title role:

To optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying the shipping options according to pick up schedules.

(I.e. packing, picking and shipping).

Major Responsibilities:

• Training of new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources, when necessary, based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the all-inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity reports
• Department specific tasks (i.e. Packing – working along with inbound and outbound teams.)

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)
• Dependable

Minimum Qualifications:
