Job summary

REVOLVE is a Regular Full-Time position in Shoemakersville, PA, supporting a warehouse team and focusing on optimizing packing, picking, and shipping processes. You will guide a large group of agents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in warehouse leadership and strong Excel/Word skills with WMS experience. You will train staff, monitor attendance, and provide daily progress updates in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging and leading a large team.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and email.
• Experience with a WMS system.

Main purpose of the Position Title role:

To optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying the shipping options according to pick up schedules.

(I.e. packing, picking and shipping).

Major Responsibilities:

• Training of new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources, when necessary, based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the all-inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity reports
• Department specific tasks (i.e. Packing – working along with inbound and outbound teams.)

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)
• Dependable

Minimum Qualifications:
