Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity by classifying shipping options and coordinating packing, picking, and shipping tasks. The role involves training staff, managing daily priorities, and reporting performance in a dynamic e-commerce warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years leading large teams, strong communication, and experience with WMS systems; proficiency in Excel and daily use of emails is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse, packaging and leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email; experience with a WMS system.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is preferred.

• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing.
• Developing expert abilities in all inbound tasks.

• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary.

Main purpose of the Position Title role:

To optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying the shipping options according to pick up schedules.

(I.e. packing, picking and shipping).

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Training of new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources, when necessary, based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the all-inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity reports
• Department specific tasks (i.e. Packing – working along with inbound and outbound teams.)

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)
• Dependable
