Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Training of new and existing agents.
• Prioritize daily tasks according to priorities and schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources when necessary.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to keep processing going.
• Developing expert abilities in inbound tasks.
• Testing of new process improvements.
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees.
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary.
• Providing daily productivity reports.
• Department specific tasks (e.g. Packing with inbound/outbound teams).
