Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking an Outbound Lead for its Cerritos, CA warehouse. You will optimize daily packing and picking productivity, prioritize tasks by schedule, and ensure accurate shipping options are applied.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years leading warehouse teams, is computer literate (Excel/Word), and has experience with a WMS. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred to coordinate with diverse teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a warehouse team in picking and packing.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and email; experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred to coordinate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop pickers/packers; prioritize daily tasks and schedules.
• Report attendance and resource needs based on forecasted units.
• Provide daily productivity reports for packing and picking; troubleshoot exceptions.

Main purpose of the Outbound Lead:

The Outbound Lead will optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying the shipping options according to pick up schedules. (I.e. packing, picking and shipping).

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Training of new and existing pickers and packers.
• Prioritize daily tasks according priorities and pick up schedules.
• Report attendance and request additional resources when necessary based on forecasted units.
• Troubleshooting exceptions to allow the team to continue processing
• Developing expert abilities in the packing department field
• Testing of new process improvements
• Benchmarking and evaluating employees
• Ordering supplies for the team when necessary
• Providing daily productivity packing & picking reports

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse picking and packaging leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email. Experience with a WMS system.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly rate is $18.50/hr - $23.00/hr.
