Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Senior Manager, Outbound Transportation to lead the wholesale outbound transport strategy across The Americas, delivering industry-leading service, cost efficiency, speed to market, and athlete experience at scale.

As a senior supply chain leader, you will partner with Distribution, Procurement, and commercial teams, owning a $100M+ budget and enabling $400M+ in quarterly revenue through precise forecasting, labor planning, and readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; supply chain/logistics focus preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP, WMS/TMS, Tableau and Snowflake.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve outbound transportation strategy for wholesale channel.
Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting with KPIs.
Advise senior leaders on transportation strategy and risk mitigation.
Manage $100M+ transportation budget and drive cost discipline.
Enable $400M+ in quarterly revenue via partnerships and planning.
Improve on-time delivery, cost per carton, and freight efficiency.
Develop partnerships with carriers and visibility platforms for performance.
Lead contract strategy and supplier performance with Procurement.
Drive continuous improvement and technology enhancements to reduce vendor chargebacks.
Benchmark against peers and drive regional roadmap for speed-to-market.
