Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore is seeking a Director of Strategic Procurement – Supply Chain to own global sourcing strategy and supplier management across logistics channels, 3PL, and distribution spend.

The role partners with Supply Chain, Distribution, and Operations leadership to shape strategy, negotiate high‑value contracts, and build a cost‑efficient, capable supplier base while leading a team of category managers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of sourcing teams and multi‑year category strategies.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills for spend, rate analysis and TCO modeling.
• Experience across retail, apparel, logistics or complex global supply chains.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and supplier management globally for logistics and distribution.
• Negotiate high‑value logistics contracts and build a resilient supplier base.
• Lead a team of category managers and define roles, deliverables, and accountability.
• Drive cost savings, risk management, and continuous improvement across the network.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and Operations leadership on contracts and KPIs.
