Job summary

Under Armour in Baltimore seeks a senior planning leader to guide Wholesale and DTC planning for the Americas, shaping pre-season and in-season strategies. You’ll partner with LATAM GM and VP Planning and oversee inventory to maximize investment across the region.

Two teams report to you: Merch Sales Planning (7 teammates) and Inventory management (2 teammates). This role blends strategic growth with hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Mathematics or other relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales or Merch Planning, Demand Planning and Allocation.
• Digital experience preferred.
• Proven planning expertise and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assortment planning and management to support Digital and Brand House growth.
• Develop and mentor a diverse planning team and set measurable goals.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and process improvements within the function.
• Oversee Inventory Fulfillment & Inventory Planning to optimize regional stock and service.
