Job summary

Under Armour seeks a Lead, Global Product Supply Operations in Baltimore to drive profitable, on-time product delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will liaison with regional sourcing to support commercialization within the assigned product category.

You will work with SCO leaders to develop category supply chain strategies, own material and construction cost decisions, and push for category margin targets while coordinating with materials, sourcing, and trims teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years in supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or apparel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SAP and Web-based PLM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand supply chain needs of category product teams.
• Communicate style level details to the regional sourcing teams for allocation and costing.
• Work with SCO leaders to create category level supply chain strategies.
• Drive ownership of material and construction decisions to control cost.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to achieve category target margins.
• Partner with materials, materials sourcing, and trims to deliver precosts to the product team.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing, supply planning, and SMS teams to troubleshoot production issues.
