Macy’s seeks an experienced Manager, Outbound Transportation to oversee store delivery transportation and furniture/home delivery from Macy’s store delivery centers. You will lead transportation teams, plan routing, and coordinate with carriers to balance speed, cost, and service.

This role requires 3-5 years in supply chain or transportation, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Transportation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate across functions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead store delivery transportation for the store delivery centers and hubs.
• Plan and optimize daily and seasonal routing with Transportation Optimization.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound moves for efficiency and backhaul.
• Communicate plans and policies to store operations and stakeholders.
• Manage performance of carriers via KPIs and budgets with Finance.
• Foster development and a collaborative work environment.
