Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Transportation.
• 3-5 years of related experience in a transportation or operations role.

Responsabilités

• Lead store delivery transportation operations and delivery hub operations.
• Plan and optimize daily and seasonal routing plans with Transportation Optimization.
• Communicate transportation plans to store operations and address questions.
• Manage performance of delivery providers via KPIs and SLAs.
• Partner with finance on monthly budget planning and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to align operating models for stores and customers.
• Leverage data to identify cost and performance improvements.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and timely replacements as needed.
