Responsibilities

• Manage a book of ~75 SMB restaurant partners.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and emails.
• Set and review KPIs with merchants.
• Advise on pricing, promotions, and product adoption.
• Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Support retention and growth, including new store expansions.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch products.
• Travel for in-person collaboration as needed.
