Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk to coordinate outbound shipments and ensure orders are accurately documented and shipped on schedule. The role involves preparing bills of lading, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records.

You'll work with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve discrepancies, monitor packaging materials, and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years related shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Audit packing lists against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter shipment data into ERP system and track movement with carriers.
• Prepare bills of lading and other required documents.
• Maintain shipping area and inventory of packing materials.
