Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and/or TWIC card may be required depending on work location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams as needed.
• Speak, write, read fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Check the daily truck schedule and confirm outgoing orders.
• Approve drivers to move forward and collect truck/trailer information.
• Record truck weight information before and after loading.
• Prepare and print shipping paperwork, load tickets, and certificates.
• Collaborate with lab to gather final documentation and upload into the company system.
• Direct drivers where to go after loading and observe loading for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties to support the shipping process.
