Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking detail-oriented Outbound Shipping Administrators for both first and second shifts at a Groveport, Ohio warehouse. You will process shipping documents, verify against orders, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with computers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time warehouse position offering two shift options with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working with computers and processing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other required paperwork.
• Verify shipping documentation against customer orders and actual shipment information.
• Print, organize, and distribute sales orders to warehouse floor leads.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies using warehouse reports and internal systems.
• Track past-due orders and coordinate with internal departments to expedite shipments.
• Communicate with customer service to resolve order processing issues.
• Coordinate with trucking companies to schedule pickups and obtain freight quotes.
• Assist with proof of delivery (POD) requests and investigate missing, delayed, or damaged shipments.
• Prepare export documentation when needed.
• Process returned material paperwork and assist with freight claims.
• Report inventory shortages, overages, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
