Job summary

Young Powersports in Layton, part of the Young Automotive Group, is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists. In this role you'll make outbound and inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and support the service team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This full-time position offers $15/hour plus commission and bonuses, with strong growth potential, benefits, and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization.
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Answer customer inquiries and efficiently schedule service appointments
