Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Frontier Service Lead to guide a 4-6 person team of Frontier Service Coordinators, driving outbound service outreach and ensuring high performance and integrity across the department. Based at headquarters, the player-coach role reports to the Director of Inventory and Frontier Operations and focuses on output, appointment volume, and show rates.

Qualifications

• Education aligned with high school diploma or higher; degree preferred
• Experience coaching teams and driving performance against metrics
• CRM-driven environment experience and data-driven coaching
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 Frontier Service Coordinators engaging in high-volume outbound service outreach
• Monitor performance against outreach standards, appointment targets, and show rate goals
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings; deliver coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with store service teams as needed
• Oversee CRM data accuracy and documentation standards
• Support onboarding and training for new coordinators
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reporting to leadership
