Paul Davis Restoration of Miami Beach is seeking a driven sales professional to join our growth-focused team. You will spend your days cold calling, visiting prospects, and presenting our restoration services to property managers, HOA boards, and facilities leaders.

You must have a proven revenue-generating background, a track record of meeting quotas, and comfort with rejection. This is a high-energy, commission-enabled role with real growth potential and paid training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role with personal revenue generation.
• Numbers you can show us: quota attainment and revenue closed.
• Proven cold outreach experience by phone, in person, or events.
• Outgoing, high-energy, comfortable with rejection.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, cold visit, and cold email property decision-makers.
• Set qualified appointments for estimating and production teams.
• Follow inbound leads and campaigns within 15 minutes of receipt.
• Own a monthly sourced revenue number and report weekly.
• Update CRM with calls, notes, and next steps the same day.
• Attend industry events and networking groups to generate opportunities.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and past clients.
