Workiva Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative who thrives on outbound prospecting and cold calls. As the first contact with prospects, you will partner with Account Executives to generate pipeline, qualify leads, and spark interest in the Workiva Platform.

This remote, US-based role requires an Associate’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, up to 10% travel, and offers an OTE of 76,000–115,000 USD, commissions, RSUs, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include Salesforce CRM experience and a proven track record of creating revenue opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Develop ongoing engagement strategy with Accounts/Prospects to drive revenue.
• Provide baseline research to identify key contacts and critical account information.
• Prospect into target accounts via high-volume calling (60-80 calls/day) and multi-channel outreach.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria to move opportunities into the pipeline.
• Articulate Workiva Platform capabilities to decision makers and stakeholders.
• Support CRM maintenance, forecasting, and reporting activities.
