Job summary

Kelar Pacific, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative in San Diego to drive growth through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach. You will build a robust sales pipeline, engage with key decision-makers, and collaborate with the Project team to communicate Kelar Pacific’s value proposition.

This full-time hourly role focuses on outbound activities, campaign execution, CRM management, and reporting on pipeline progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business Development roles, preferably in tech.
• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prospecting and outbound activity enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Complete 120-150 outbound activities daily (calls, emails, social outreach).
• Develop and execute at least 4 outbound campaigns per month.
• Research accounts and identify key contacts for campaigns.
• Schedule discovery calls with Project Managers and provide background info.
