Job summary

ZenBusiness is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to work a queue of current and prospective customers. You will help entrepreneurs set up with business-formation products and services, calling customers to support their first year and beyond.

Expect at least 60 outbound calls daily in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The position is full-time, remote in the US, with hourly pay of $17.35 plus uncapped commission; team comp averages around $90k, with top performers near $150k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to prioritize and hit targets in a metric-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Coachability and resilience in a high-volume, performance-based role.
• Bonus: Salesforce/CRM experience, macOS and Google Workspace familiarity.

Description:
ZenBusiness is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to work their pipeline of current and prospective customers, helping entrepreneurs get set up with ZenBusiness’s business-formation products and services. This isn’t a cold-calling role — reps call current ZenBusiness customers (~30% connect rate) to help them succeed in their first year and beyond. Expect a minimum of 60 outbound calls a day, full-time hours Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm CST, and a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
