• Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and pitch appropriate solutions or packages.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas, conversion metrics, and activity targets.
• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve customer questions, issues, and technical problems quickly.
• Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities during service interactions when appropriate.
• Document all customer interactions and sales updates accurately in the CRM system.
