Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses and prospective clients.
• Introduce the company's document research, filing, retrieval, and compliance services.
• Identify prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Track contacts, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Build relationships with new clients.
• Explain services confidently to potential customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks and document processing as needed.
• Handle occasional local courthouse/state agency runs.
