Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals by writing new property and casualty insurance.
• Prospect and generate new business via telephone, paid leads, networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
• Ensure agency sales process is followed with all prospects.
• Maintain and follow up in the CRM pipeline.
• Assist with underwriting and onboarding documents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance.
• Prospect and generate new business via telephone, paid leads, networking, referrals, and other lead sources.
• Ensure that our agency sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-sIgned by prospects purchasing insurance and assist with onboarding.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry.

Requirements

• Wiling to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficient at multi-tasking, follow-thru and follow-up.
