Qualifications

• Motivated, proactive and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and sales conversations.
• Organized with consistent follow-up.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Sales, insurance or customer service experience preferred.
• Oklahoma license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through agency-provided leads, referrals, and prospecting.
• Make outbound calls and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Quote and sell personal lines and life insurance.
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Build client and referral relationships.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document activity.
• Work toward monthly sales and production goals.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.
