Job summary

The Bellevue location of The Olson Agency is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing teams in the country. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. Have you ever wanted to work in a high-rise with your own office view in downtown Bellevue?

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from agency-provided leads.
• Follow the Olson Agency sales process with all prospects.
• Manage a sales pipeline in the CRM and perform timely follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate underwriting for policies.
• Ensure all documents are collected and e-signed for sold policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of new products and industry rules.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and measurablesby writing new property and casualty insurance fromleads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Olson Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
