Job summary

Aruza Pest Control in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Outbound Sales & Appointment Setter for our Inside Sales team. You will proactively contact prospects, current and former customers to generate new sales opportunities, schedule qualified appointments, and help grow Aruza's customer base.

This role rewards performance with base pay plus commission and incentives, requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a high-volume callback routine while

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in sales or inside sales preferred.
• Experience using CRM software preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for sales teams.
• Identify new service opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales revenue goals.
