Aruza LLC is seeking an outbound sales professional to drive growth through proactive calling and appointment setting. You will target homeowners and existing customers to uncover pest control and home service opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

The role emphasizes a high-volume, performance-driven environment with commission opportunities and ongoing coaching to help you exceed activity and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years in sales, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call center roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to establish rapport over the phone.
• Comfort with a performance-driven environment and commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of proactive outbound calls to prospects and customers.
• Work assigned prospect lists and targeted geographic/ZIP-code campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for additional pest control and home services.
• Generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for the team.
• Document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Operations for handoffs.
