Aruza Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to identify pest-related concerns at homeowners’ properties and propose tailored treatment plans. You’ll build relationships, conduct property inspections, and generate new business while earning commissions on results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; GED acceptable.
• 2–4 years pest control sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Pass background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting and referrals.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Document sales activity in the CRM system.
