You’ll build relationships, conduct property inspections, generate new business, and help customers protect their homes through professional pest management services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's ideal but not required.
• 2-4 years’ prior experience in pest control sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
