Job summary

AieonLabs, a US-based AI company, seeks an independent contractor to drive outbound sales and build strong relationships with founders, executives, and institutional buyers. You’ll operate primarily via LinkedIn, create engaging videos, and lead from first contact to closed deals.

This role is commission-only, with 20% on the value of every sale you close. You’ll work directly with the founder and have a path to transition to full-time staff based on performance, in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• A natural on camera and in public.
• Warm and persuasive in writing.
• Self-directed, ambitious and motivated.
• Some sales, business development, marketing, or creator experience.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound and build a pipeline via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Post, comment, and appear on video to represent the company.
• Qualify prospects, demonstrate the platform, and move deals forward.
• Coordinate with founder on complex deals and close.
• Track conversations and maintain a clean pipeline.
