Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, direct mail, and social outreach.
• Identify, research, and engage businesses across industries.
• Build targeted prospect lists, qualify leads, conduct discovery conversations, and identify customer needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team and support new business development goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including outreach activity, lead status, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging and lead conversion.
