Qualifications

Responsibilities

• 60% outbound prospecting to generate new business with owners, investors, and partners.
• 40% inbound leads; qualify prospects and convert to property management clients.
• Meet weekly/monthly growth targets and maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
• Network with realtors, mortgage brokers, title companies, and investor groups.
