You will learn how to find potential sellers through outbound calls, database outreach, referrals, community connections, and consistent follow-up. As opportunities develop, you will gain experience conducting seller consultations, preparing pricing strategies, presenting marketing plans, handling objections, and converting appointments into listings.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your skills in negotiations, property marketing, contracts, client communication, and transaction management. Coaching and proven systems will help you establish the daily activities and organization needed to maintain a consistent pipeline of seller opportunities.

The focus is on building a business rather than waiting for the next lead. By developing strong prospecting habits, maintaining relationships, and delivering value to homeowners, you can create long term growth through listings, repeat clients, referrals, and an expanding database.
