Job summary

Cadence is seeking an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist for a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle outbound enrollment conversations from first contact to completion, in a high-volume, phone-based environment, coordinating with the Cadence Care team.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools. Arizona time hours apply, with base and incentive components included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience performing high-volume outbound or inbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and CRM proficiency.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude, Google Gemini).

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate program details, benefits, expected outcomes, patient responsibilities, and value to patients.
• Facilitate virtual patient enrollments and schedule follow-ups with the Cadence Care team.
• Build rapport and trust with patients, nurturing lasting relationships.
• Follow scripts to meet QA standards while adapting communication to patients.
• Balance high-quality interactions with productivity targets.
